With the summer festival season on the horizon, the team here at Liz Earle have put together the perfectly proportioned Festival Kit. So when my daughter announced she’d be spending five days living in a tent in a field at her first festival (Charlotte will be boogieing to the sounds of the Isle of Wight Festival), I knew just what to send her along with to keep her skin protected, hydrated and clean…ish.

I know my kid. I’d send her to school with a healthy lunch including carrot sticks and sugarsnap peas… which were promptly emptied into the bin or traded with someone else for biscuits or a packet of crisps. Now that I’ve stuck the Festival Kit into my handbag to bring it home, I may just have to get myself another for all those garden opens and country shows, or the harvest trips I have planned that will see me examining crops in fields across the country as our farmers bring in beautiful botanical ingredients.
