At Lizearle.com we’re pleased to announce we’ve been voted number one for customer satisfaction in the UK’s biggest survey of online shops, conducted by Which?

For the survey, Which? asked 11,298 members to rate 78 sites. The score is based on the users’ overall satisfaction with the site and their likelihood of recommending it to a friend. Out all of the sites rated, lizearle.com came top across all categories, competing with big brands such as Amazon, HMV, The Body Shop, Tesco, Sony, and Ikea.

With 94% for customer satisfaction, Lizearle.com received the highest customer score, not only in the beauty category, but across the entire survey.

We are thrilled with the result and wanted to say a huge thank you to all of you who voted. We have worked really hard to create an easy-to-use, stress-free online shopping experience, so it’s great to get a glowing endorsement of our work from customers.

But never ones to rest on our laurels, we can’t wait to share some of the exciting online developments we have lined up to make your online shopping experience even better over the next few months. So watch this space…

    It is always a pleasure to shop with you via your website. I also sometimes place my order over the telephone. In the many years I have been a customer I have always been delighted with the level of customer service received from your staff. If only all companies could try to treat their customers as well as you do.

    I concur totally with everybody’s positive remarks about this website. It looks fabulous but appearances aren’t everything…it’s easy to navigate, informative and welcoming which is why I keep coming back for more (and no, I don’t work for the brand’s PR!!!)

    Congratulations to all at Liz Earle, and very well deserved too. You succeed in making an online shopping experiance really easy and pleasurable. I am always delighted with my beautifully packaged purchases and love the personal touch of the free samples in every package. I’m sure I’m not the only customer who loves supporting a “small” independant brand too. Having suffered with a sensetive scalp for years your shampoo is the only one I’ve found that doesn’t irritate my scalp and leaves my hair in fantastic soft and shiny condition. My mum has psoriasis and her scalp is pretty bad and as part of her birthday present today I’m giving her…yes, you guessed, a set of your fab shampoo and conditioner. Keep up the amazing work, and many thanks for providing great products and exemplary service.

    Congratulations on a well deserved accolade. I’ve been shopping online with you for ages and have always been more than satisfied with the service. Sadly (sort of) my local John Lewis is now stocking your products so I won’t be shopping online as much, except for the oils which they don’t stock. I’m going to miss looking out for my parcel – not to mention the freebies. Once again, congratulations.
